Success Is Already In You

God never created anything without a purpose.

Tingnan mo ang nature. Ang puno, halaman, ibon, at mga hayop ay nabubuhay ayon sa design na ibinigay ng Diyos. Ang bee, hindi sinusubukang maging bird. Ang isda hindi gustong maging agila. They simply become what God created them to be.

Ganito rin ang tao. Each of us was created uniquely placed in a specific family, in a specific time, with unique gifts, experiences, and opportunities. Walang aksidente sa design ng Diyos.

Pero may isang malaking kaibahan ang tao sa lahat ng nilikha. God gave us free will.

We can choose to live according to God's purpose or according to our own. Dahil ang tunay na pagmamahal ay may kasamang choice. Hindi tayo ginawang robots.

When Adam disobeyed God, sin entered the world and man became separated from Him. But through Jesus Christ, we are invited back into that relationship. As Jesus said, "Apart from Me you can do nothing."

Kung gusto nating mamunga at maging lahat ng plano ng Diyos para sa atin, we must abide in Christ. Pero may isa pang mahalagang katotohanan. Nilikhang din tayo para mag-create, mag-manage, at mag-multiply ng resources. These are part of God's image in us.

Ito ang puso ng entrepreneurship.

Entrepreneurs see opportunities others don't see. They solve problems, create value, build organizations, and become a blessing to many.

But these abilities don't grow automatically.

Hindi sapat ang talent. Hindi sapat ang sipag. We must intentionally grow in wisdom, leadership, financial management, and business skills.

Maraming negosyo ang bumabagsak hindi dahil kulang sa opportunity, kundi dahil tumigil ang entrepreneur sa pag-develop ng kanyang kakayahan.
