If you’ll have ₱5M today to start or scale a business… would you be able to make it a success?
What if may access ka sa malaking capital, would you be able to compete or create something similar sa Globe or Smart?
Too big? Okay, how about Shopee or Lazada?
How about a coffee shop with tens or even hundreds of competitors?
The answer to these questions shows one thing: business is not just about the money.
That’s why even if you have the money, mahirap pa rin…
…Because business has many moving parts — marketing, sales, operations, people, finance — and bawat isa, complex na on its own.
Kahit isang area lang magkulang, the whole thing can fall apart.
But once you know how they work together, it becomes simpler and more manageable.
So it will always go back to the one who manages it.
For small and medium-sized enterprises, that’s YOU.
Ikaw ang DECISION MAKER. You handle the resources you have. You are accountable.

Maraming pumapasok sa business unprepared… and trying to shortcut the process.
Some figure it out along the way and succeed… pero marami ang nadadapa and learn the hard way.
While there’s nothing wrong with trying — kasi yes, failure can teach you — but sad to say, maraming nalulugi nang tuluyan, even going into millions of debt.
That burden doesn’t just affect them financially, but also mentally, emotionally…
…It also weighs on their family, their relationships, and the people they love.
The truth is, this doesn’t come from one bad decision…
…It comes from a series of small bad decisions over time.
Kaya kahit yung mga nag succeed at first, madalas nahuhulog pa rin dito.
But you don’t need to wait for that to happen before you grow.
It's TIME TO CHANGE that.
You have the ability to learn, grow, equip yourself, prepare and make great decisions.
I know this because for 30+ years, I’ve been helping business owners get funding from banks.
I’ve seen what works, I’ve seen what doesn’t. I know what banks are looking for.
The people that banks trust have the character and discipline to manage money…
…And the ability to build and multiply the resources they have.
You may not be there yet. But you can be as long as you allow it.
And we can’t wait to help you on your journey.

Your Business Follows The Path You Choose To Create

You have the power to choose what business opportunity to go into.
You have the power to decide who you want to serve.
You have the power to see the problems people have and create solutions.
You have the power to innovate.
You have the power to allocate your time, money, and energy where it matters most.
You have the power to decide how you will serve your customers, and so on.
Ano ba magandang i-business?
Ano ba magandang product?
Paano ba magbenta nang hindi sounding ‘too good to be true’?
Bakit parang laging late na ako sa opportunity?
Saan ko ilalagay yung oras, pera, at effort ko?
I don’t know. Help me.
I can see opportunities and know if they’re worth it.
I know my market and this is what they really need.
I just need to tell them with real conviction how my product will help them get the result.
I can spot ways to innovate my product or service and improve the results my customers get.
I know where to allocate my resources to multiply them.
I know what to do and why.

Have you ever noticed na by the time you hear about a “HOT” opportunity, parang late ka na?
Ang dami nang pumapasok, people are already jumping in… and you start to wonder kung may chance ka pa.
It’s not your fault.
Most of us only see opportunities kapag trending na and by then, it might feel harder to stand out...
...And most probably you will end up competing dun sa mga humahabol din with what's left of the market.
The good news is, opportunities usually follow a pattern...
...And you don’t need special talent or years of experience to see it... kailangan mo lang malaman what to look for.
In this event, we’ll show you how you can:
Spot opportunities before they become a trend
Understand why it is an opportunity
Tell if something is worth your time, money, and energy or baka sayang lang
Once you can see opportunities this way, hindi ka na aasa lang sa swerte…
…Which allows you to act with more confidence, mas in control, and finally move forward with intention whether freelancing, starting fresh, or already running a business.

When you think about your market, it’s easy to focus on the obvious — age, gender, income, education, or even their pain points.
These details help you see who they are, but they don’t explain why they actually choose to say yes or no to an offer.
People buy because they want an outcome pero kung paano nila iniisip na makuha ‘yun, what kind of help they feel they need, who they’ll trust to guide them, and more…
…Lahat ‘yan naka-base sa beliefs at personal truths nila.
And if you can’t see those beliefs, chances are your message won’t feel true to them.
Kahit na you have the best offer out there, to them it might feel like “Hindi ito para sa’kin.”
In this event, we’ll walk you through how your market’s beliefs are formed and how to notice kapag may mismatch between what you are telling them about your offer and their belief.
Because before anyone says yes to your offer, they first need to believe they have a problem and agree na may solution to that problem…
…And trust that your solution aka your product/service is the one that can truly help.

Nowadays, ang dami nating nakikita… people promoting AI, systems, automations, ads, even how to get good at sales.
All of these are important but only if you already have a great offer.
And a real offer isn’t just about “selling” a product or service.
It’s about giving your customer the outcome they actually want.
You might say, “kahit pangit na offer kaya ibenta yan…” — TRUE, but only if you’re okay with lying and misleading people…
…And deep down, you know that’s not the kind of business you want.
So what makes an offer great?
A process that actually delivers the outcome you promised.
And for a process to work consistently, kailangan nakabase siya hindi lang sa big ideas but on truths that no one can argue with.
In this event, we’ll walk you through how you can:
Build a clear process people will easily understand
See that each step of the process needs a specific input — from you, your product, or even your customer
Understand that what happens in every step shapes the outcome
Once you have this, you can package your process into a product or service that people will trust and pay for.
And here’s the best part: this is what makes innovation possible.
The ability to create great offers is what will allow you to build a business that lasts.

People buy outcomes. Who doesn’t, right?
Pero the thing is, simply telling them the outcome they can get from your offer is not enough… lalo na if the outcome you’re promising is new, different, or better.
“Hey drink this, you’ll lose weight in 3 days, no exercise needed and you can still eat whatever you want!”
“Try my system, you’ll make 1M in a month on autopilot, no effort at all!”
Enticing, yes… Pero aminin mo, it also sounds “too good to be true”.
The first reaction? Doubt.
The bigger the claims, the bigger the doubts.
The more doubt your claims create, the more you have to prove na totoo siya.
At kapag hindi sila naniwala, most of the time it doesn’t just end with them saying no…
…They might question you, challenge your ideas, look for alternatives, end in disagreements, you won’t be their #1 choice, etc.
And what do most people do? They add more testimonials, a mountain of proof, throw in more bonuses, bigger discounts, make bigger promises, and more...
…But even with all of those, they could still argue, question, challenge and disprove it.
So how do you sell the outcome and create certainty at the same time, without all the gimmicks and stuff?
That’s one of the powerful principles you will learn from this event.
People will always look for certainty…
…And if they can’t see that the outcome you promise is attainable and possible, chances are they won’t buy from you.
But once you know how to create certainty by doing this easy and proven principle, selling the outcome and getting trust will be very easy.

Attending Beyond AI helped me gain clarity in polishing my own offer. Helped me come up with strategies that help my business target different market.

Beyond AI, help me understand how to spot an opportunity. Not every business idea is meant for sustainability, and not every opportunity we think is right actually is. I believe that the skill to spot the right one is beyond AI.

Jomel’s Beyond AI talk really opened my eyes.
For me, “beyond AI” means more than just algorithms and automation, it’s about taking a deep dive into understanding the market. Hindi lang basta knowing the technology, but also grasping how people behave, what they need, and how businesses can genuinely create value.
I realized na AI by itself is powerful, pero if you don’t connect it with the real problems and opportunities in the market, sayang lang. What I loved about the talk is how Jomel emphasized na beyond the tech, it’s always about purpose, relevance, and impact. That’s where the real transformation happens "when human insight meets AI innovation".
Thank you for a one of a kind and super advance learning session!

The Beyond AI event was surprising.
It wasn’t just about AI. It was about something more foundational - approaching endeavors with the right mindset before using AI to amplify them.
It was fundamental, yet it had depth. Throughout the sessions, there was distilled wisdom from people with real experience, difficulties, and failures, not just book knowledge or surface-level concepts from social media.
That’s what happens when actual entrepreneurs and practitioners are given a space to share.

I gained so much learning from our last “Beyond AI” session.
Doing business is never easy—it can even be heartbreaking if we go through it alone. That is why it is most important to keep Christ at the center of it all.
This meeting helped me a lot in becoming more creative in selling outcomes, spotting opportunities, staying true to what I offer, identifying my absolute truth, and creating a business model that not only sustains my work but also helps me grow as an owner.
I truly learned a lot of principles and real-life applications.
Mainly sa marketing, gamit na gamit ko Before and after strategy sa postings ko. By God’s grace nagkakaroon tayo ng leads.
Thank you, Tito Boni and the Kapayaman Community.

I super appreciated the Kapayaman Seminar. I think for me it's the best business seminar so far I have ever attended.
As you know po I am currently doing counseling services although not full time yet because still finishing my masters till next May. But thru word of mouth I am getting regular counselees. Apparently because of their experience with my service & skills they are recommending me to others. So I assessed my "business" thru the lens of Mr. Jomel's Process.
Awareness: Many are aware that mental health illness is real and needs to be addressed. And many are suffering and in need of help.
Knowledge: Most have NO knowledge nor skills to address mental health illnesses. There are only a handful of us trained in this field and many don’t have the time to train for this.
Conclusion: My business will prosper because there is a high demand but very few can serve the demand.

I learned so much from the this Beyond AI event.
Ang daming valuable insights at practical tips na sobrang helpful para sa mga gustong magsimula ng sariling negosyo. Kung anung offer/product ang dapat mong ibenta based sa talent mo at kung paano mo mabebenta sa market.
I hope you’ll continue to organize more events like this in the future.
Thank you so much, Kapayaman and Sir Boni!

As a business owner, I am bombarded with ideas that AI will make doing business easy. I am made to believe that it is so powerful it can surely provide me the results that I want for my business. Beyond AI gave me the right perspective.
I learned that before employing AI, I need to make sure first that my business is built on a strong foundation and it has the right systems in place.
Otherwise AI will fail in scaling my business and will only magnify the mistakes.
